Upon entering, everything was very clean and smelled great. I explained how I would like my eyebrows done, especially since it had been years since I got them done, and she shaped them perfectly! Typically I have very sensitive skin, but I left with little to no redness due to Simpy’s expertise in threading. She also did a wonderful job with my upper lip threading and full arm waxing (which I’d never tried before).
